The Jewish Agency for Israel, a Federation partner, and the state of Israel signed an agreement for a new, wide-scale joint venture to develop housing solutions for thousands of Israel’s most vulnerable citizens in an effort to provide a solution to Israel’s housing crisis. The 1 billion shekel initiative aims to construct 2,650 housing units for those who qualify for public housing.
