Federation's Young Leadership Council (YLC) is dedicated to building a connected community of young Jews to promote Jewish identity, and to support Jewish community through fun and meaningful volunteer, networking, social, educational and philanthropic activities.


​YLC welcomes adults up to age 40, who are single or married, with or without kids.

Giving Levels

 

YLC helps support a network of social and humanitarian agencies in Atlanta, Israel, and communities around the world though our philanthropic giving societies which include:

 

  • New Donor Division – Never given to Federation? Then you would be part of our new donor division which reaches out to those people who taking their first steps in getting involved with us through philanthropy. Every gift and every dollar make a difference. We hope you’ll make an impact today.
  • $365 Division – It’s simple. Give a dollar a day to become part of this society. Your dollars will help a Jew in need every day of the year.
  • Ben Gurion Society – The Ben-Gurion Society (BGS) is founded on the principles of David Ben-Gurion, the first Prime Minister of the State of Israel. BGS embodies Ben-Gurion's legacy, that young men and women use their vision and combine their power, passion and resources to build a strong and responsible Jewish community at home, in Israel, and around the world – through leadership development, networking opportunities, and special events. You can become a member of this group with a gift of $1,800 or more annually to the Community Campaign.
  • Major Donor Division – Giving at the $2,500 level makes you a part of the Major Donor Division, which grants you access to many events throughout Federation.
