Community-Wide Grant Writing

Through its annual allocations process, Federation partially subsidizes grant writing services for Jewish communal organizations in metro Atlanta. In addition, Federation has negotiated deeply discounted rates for these services, which include grant writing, grant prospect research, grant evaluation, and grant writing training.

Affiliates, synagogues and other Jewish organizations in the community can access Federation’s grant writer at those discounted rates.

The Community Grant Writer has helped to secure grants for multiple organizations and programs including the Georgia Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC) Initiative, the Economic Crisis Fund, Caregiver CARE, Homeland Security recipients, Birthright Israel, Weinstein Hospice, and the William Breman Jewish Home.
